CBD, THC, Delta-8, Delta-9... WTH?

If you’re not sure what it is or what to think about all of this you’re not alone. It can be a bit complicated and there is enough mystique, misperception and truth about these products to write a novel. But we don’t have that kind of time.

Background! We’re all familiar with marijuana, pot, weed, etc. also known as cannabis. Cannabis is actually a genus of flowering plants in the family Cannabaceae - no, we can’t pronounce it either! There are various strains of cannabis, like sativa, indica, hemp etc. The cannabis plant contains over a hundred chemical compounds known as cannabinoids. You may have seen cannabinoids referred to out in the wild as CBD, Delta-9, THC, etc.

So which is right for you? Read on...

CBD

If you’re new to this game or just averse to the idea of getting high, try CBD. CBD is extracted from cannabis and does not contain THC. It offers a sensation of relaxation similar to a drink or two of alcohol without the psychoactive effect or “high” of smoking the cannabis plant. All of the chill, none of the impairment or hangovers. Also great for reducing inflammation, treating chronic pain and a bunch of other stuff!

Delta-9

D-9 is one of the cannabinoids that contain THC and is the cannabinoid most commonly attributed to the stereotypical cannabis “high”. It typically produces an uplifting euphoria, and is commonly used to alleviate pain or nausea. But... THC! isn’t that still illegal? Texas and Federal laws allow for THC concentration of less than 0.3 percent by weight. Our products are produced in Texas and adhere to that limit so they’re perfectly legal, but you’d have to consume a lot of D9 product to equal to the same high of smoking a Bob Marley-grade spliff.

Pro Tip here - Everyone reacts to THC in their own way so if you’re just getting started we can cut back a little on the Delta to let you test drive it. Your call but we highly recommend easing into the pool!

3-2-3

Okay this is a curveball. 3-2-3 is a unique and exclusive hemp blend yielding cannabinoid variants CBD-V, THC-V & CBD. THC-V is the most sought-after cannabinoid of the three, specifically for it energizing, weight-loss, and appetite suppressant properties.

WARNING

DELTA-9 may contain up to 0.3 percent THC. If you are tested for THC use this could result in a positive test.
